How

Open Shortcuts, tap +, Add Action, search "Grok Bot" and pick "Start a Voice Chat with Bot".

Rename the shortcut "Grok Bot" (or any name Siri hears easily).

In the shortcut's details, turn on "Allow Running When Locked".

Say "Hey Siri, Grok Bot" to open the voice chat.
Notes
What's good: it rides on Siri's existing wake word, so no orange mic dot, no extra battery drain and no false triggers from the TV. The catch: you still go through Siri, and a locked phone needs Face ID first.
