How
- 01 Name a fabric-supplier bot.
Start small. jjcm started with five Vietnam mills, then five more, then pushed another thirty. Many of them only live on WhatsApp.
- 02 Tell it to ask for price, minimums, and sample lead time.
You pick the lock. It does not sign a mill on its own.
- 03 Name a prototyper bot.
Give it your logo and the kind of pattern you want. jjcm had it generate a random pattern from the logo and export .ai.
- 04 Put both in a group.
The sourcing bot hands the locked mill to the prototyper. The prototyper sends the file to that mill.
- 05 Check the file and the quote before anything is cut.
The HN thread is a month of use, not a one-click factory.
Notes
What's good: WhatsApp mills are a real job, and a second bot can own the file. The catch: outreach at this scale can get messy. You still lock the vendor and approve the cut.
