How I Use Grok Bot as One Ops Desk

Stand up one desk. Skills come from the public pack. Do not lay out twelve desks on day one.

For

A lot of work. You hate a bot that fans out to other models on its own.

When you're done

One desk. Work leaves a receipt. Specialist desks come by job. Mail and spend stay stopped.

How

  1. 01
    Stand up one coordinator desk.

Do not lay out twelve desks on day one.

  2. 02
    Load the public skill pack.

The pack lives at github.com/dennisyu/blitzmetrics-skills. Refresh that address. Do not re-upload a zip.

  3. 03
Do one real job and leave a receipt.

Then save it as a skill. A test run is real work. Only then schedule. Do not schedule a demo.

  4. 04
Give each specialist desk a charter.

Docs can ship by default. Mail, spend, delete, permission changes, and production stay stopped. If the computer is stuck, use Update, never Reset.

  5. 05
    One role, one desk.

Work is assigned to a person. The receipt goes on that same to-do. No silent fan-out to other models.

Notes

What's good: a receipt comes before you add desks, so day one is not a swarm. The catch: a computer reset drops anything that was not synced. A stuck machine wants Update, not Reset.

Prompt

第一条消息:一张总台,先真活再 skill 再 routine
Create ONE coordinator desk. Do not spin up 12 desks today. Load the skill pack from github.com/dennisyu/blitzmetrics-skills — refresh from that address, do not re-upload a zip. Point this desk at the public playbook on dennisyu.com/how-i-use-grok-bot/. Then do the first real job from the Task Library, leave a receipt, and stop. After that works: save it as a Grok Bot skill (when, inputs, sequence, validate, return, approval) and enable it for this Bot under Settings → Plugins. A test run is real work. Only then create a routine (schedule or a narrow event) under View conversation details → Routines. Do not schedule a demo.

Approval: documentation on the hub can ship by default. Still stop and ask me before sending email, spending money, deleting, changing permissions, or changing production infrastructure. No silent fan-out to other models. If the computer is stuck, Update — never Reset. Keep secrets on the bot computer; never paste them into chat.
