Update Grok Bot to 0.75.2 or newer.

Go to Settings → General → Import → Start import.

Copy the prompt it shows into a chat with your old assistant.

Paste that answer into the second box and hit Add to memory.

Ask the bot what it remembers, grouped by work, preferences and projects, and fix stale lines.
Notes
What's good: the check-up prompt makes the bot mark outdated lines and wait for your OK before changing memory. The catch: it needs Grok Bot 0.75.2 or newer.
